Dive into the world of wine with local wine educators, the Wine Mouths, to learn more about what you enjoy drinking – from grape to glass! This 6 week class will cover the basics from the grapes in the vineyard, to the winery and the bottle, the nuances of wine tasting and how to evaluate your wine, and a look into the history of wines of the world. In addition, you will experience wine in our local community with field trips, wine tastings, and tours. Classes will be held at the college, at Childress Vineyards, RayLen Vineyards, and Junius Lindsay.
NOTE: Tastings/Tours at the wineries will be an additional cost to be paid by each person at the wineries. Tastings are approximately $5.00-$15.00 per person. Must be 21 years of age to register. Embrace your wine mouth!
